East Torrie Farm
East Torrie Farm is a smallholding right in the centre of Scotland, near Callander, about 20 minutes from Stirling. We have our own small flock of Shetland Sheep, plus some random crosses, 2 Shetland ponies, and a growing flock of free range hens, of many breeds and crosses. We are the Scottish representatives of the Battery Hen Welfare Trust. We produce a range of jams and chutneys, with as many ingredients as possible grown either by ourselves or sourced from nearby farms in Perthshire.
Battery Hen Welfare Trust
The BHWT leads the way in changing attitudes towards battery farmers and is proud of its policy to work with them rather than condemn. We do not concur with extremist views or tactics.
