About us
Originally from Edinburgh, we moved to a smallholding near
Callander
to get some more space in 1999.
We have four children, three boys, Hamish, Archie and Sholto and a girl, Flora.
We have a variety of animals on 13 acres.
Jim has worked for various media organisations, including the BBC, GMTV, SKY News and some independent radio stations. He was editor of Scotland's flagship evening news programme, Reporting Scotland, editor of radio news bulletins and has also edited the BBC Scotland news website.
Lorna has a much bigger brain, possessing a degree from the
University of Cambridge. She runs the local playgroup. 
Hamish has always been a dinosaur fanatic.
Archie has hidden depths beneath a wild crop of ginger hair.
Flora believes there's "much too much boys in this family".
Sholto still doesn't realise what his parents did to him giving him that name.
